Dogs on Thursday

Category : Journal

I joined up with the Dogs on Thursday group and today is my maiden post.  First I want to show you all one of the Christmas gifts I just finished this week.  Who could this be for? (No, the Snoopy is not included!)

Now for the fun part. If you read my blog you know that we currently have one fur baby named Blazer.  He is 15 years old and all Basset!  While I was working with the firewood this week I took these shots of him.  Let’s call them Blazer 1 and Blazer 2.  Can you give me a captions for them?  Leave me a comment and give it your best shot.

Hey DK good to see you and Blazer joining DOT! I think he’s say – Hey Lady, you’re making too much noise and disturbing my nap! Blazer looks great for 15! What a handsome lad. g

Welcome to Dogs on Thursday! It appears we have a lot in common! Check my blog and you will see an apple pie, knitting and Bassets!

For your caption;

“I am keeping my eyes on you!”

and then

“No really, I can really see you!”

Have a great Thursday!

oh my gosh blazer’s head is huge in those shots :) lol

Welcome to Dogs on Thursday!

I just love the crossstitch treats container you made.

Blazer is really adorable! I just love his expressions.

in #1 pic he is saying “Pay attention to meeeee!”
In pic 2 he is saying “okay fine then, give me a cookie and we will call it even.”

Glad you decided to join DOT! Welcome :)

I think both pictures should say “Jeez mom, do you have to keep taking pictures of me?”

Hi and welcome to Dogs on Thursday! You’ll have a lot of fun and see a bunch of cool pooch pics. :)

Blaze is gonna love that cool Dog Biscuit container!

As for captions the only thing I can think of is:
“Are YOU lookin’ at ME? What? Am I a F%*ing Clown? Do I amuse you?!”

In honor of the great Maurice Greene and his departure from Dancing with the Stars, Blazer is getting down with some dance tunes of the 80s, 90s and today.

Photo #1: “Right foot let’s stomp! Left foot let’s stomp! Cha Cha now y’all! It’s time to get funky!”

Photo #2: “I’m too sexy for this wood, too sexy for this wood, no way I’m disco dancing!”

Great photos, DK!

welcome, i am new here too, it’s so fabulous.
“who’s taken my eyes drops?”
” hey you beautiful doll, you great big beautiful doll….”

Blazer 1: “That was going to be my personal stick, not firewood!”

Blazer2: “Are you sure you couldn’t spare my personal stick?”

Hi DK and Blazer! Just dropping from Dogs on Thursday to say hi! Blazer, you are one cutie doggie!

Ahhhh…Mr. Blazer! Just a sweetie! I can just see/hear him say “Where do you think YOU’RE going with my food bowl?” in the first pic. But on that 2nd one he has got to say “I’m Blazer….and you’re NOT!”

Love those eyes!

My suggestion for the caption?

“Auburn football has gone to the dogs this year.”

“You expect ME to get that stuff inside?”
